1. Description Challenge (Requires a digital camera and a TV or projector that you can project your pictures on to) :
- Take pictures of several items (these items need to be items that the students already know)
- In class: Setup the digital pictures to be projected on to a screen in the classroom but don’t let the students see the pictures before hand.
- Divide the class into two teams and set up the classroom so that all the students can see the screen except one student from each team.
- The students who aren’t looking at the screen need to guess what’s on the screen. They are helped by the students who can see the screen who use English to describe the item on the Screen. They are not allowed to use the name of the item on the screen but instead need to used adjectives to describe it.
